For every wooden house we sell, we give away 10 trees to the customer who has purchased it, thus ensuring that we actively contribute to the preservation and restoration of our forests. Our dedication to controlled deforestation ensures that for every tree used, several are planted, guaranteeing the renewal and natural balance of forest resources.

In addition, we incorporate environmentally friendly technologies to ensure the energy efficiency of our homes. The installation of solar panels, including advanced Tesla solutions, allows us to take full advantage of the sun's renewable energy, significantly reducing our dependence on unsustainable sources and reducing carbon emissions.

We install environmentally friendly toilets, specifically environmentally friendly incineration systems, such as incinerator toilets. These innovative systems ensure the safe treatment of human waste without adversely affecting soil or groundwater, thus promoting proper and sustainable waste management.

Our commitment to sustainability is also reflected in our choice of environmentally friendly building materials. We use certified wood from sustainable sources and prefer LED lighting and natural ventilation to maximize energy efficiency and reduce our carbon footprint.
